Good sound.... but wireless rear speakers suck
This system has great sound... I am pleased with that but the rear wireless speakers have no range and don't work half the time.... you have to have them like 10 feet from the transmitter in order for them to even pick up a sugnal. And don't plan on using a chordless phone around them.... Great sound but this system is worth.... 150-175 tops...

Logitech Speakers
These speakers are great. I've owned bose speakers, 8:1 creative sound speakers, and a prior model of Logitech peakers. By far, the power and clarity of Logitech speakers are superior. One great aspect of these speakers are that they are really easy to install. The only negative point is the requirement to plug in the "wireless" 2 satellite speakers into an outlet. Otherwise, best of bree for speakers in this price category.

Great package
I did some research on this speaker system before buying it, and I thought I had a good idea as to how it will perform. After having it for about a month now, I am blown away by its capabilities and its sound quality. The price was right, and was perfect for my applications.

I love my little printer
I got the Olympus P-10 Printer from my Bro-In-Law on a trade. It was brand new in the box. I love it. I am fairly picky about print quality, but not a snob - so I would be able to recommend this printer to just about anyone. I love the fact that it is portable, we can take it to the Grandparents, take pics of the kid, and print them out on the spot. I like that there is no ink to dry out, no print heads to clog, and the little box looks pretty cool. So far, it has been trouble free.

Great
great price for the P100 paper for my P-10 printer. This makes great pictures from my digital camera.

Excellent quality paper
Excellent quality, great price, fast shipping. What more could you ask for?

Great ink, but WAY overpriced
For some reason this 0.8 ounce item is considered either too heavy or two large to qualify for free shipping, even when added to a larger order. Save five bucks and pick it up from a local retailer.

Not enough ink
The cartridge does not hold enough ink. It prints 50 pages maximum. That equates to $.24 / page of copy. WAAAAAY to expensive.

cheaper and faster
As you buy most of stuff on Amazon, it's easy and quick to buy inks here and enjoy cheaper prices and free shipping over $25 per order!

Good Product
We bought this powered hub for a desktop because some of our devices were not being recognized as USB 2.0 and we finally tracked the problem down to a power issue.

The D-Link was immediately recognized by Windows XP. Further, TWO devices, that previously registered individually as USB 1 when connected directly to a USB port, were immediately shown as USB 2 when both were simultaneously connected to the hub.

The price was right as is the performance. We recommend it.

D-Link is tops
I had been using a Belkin F5U021 4-Port hub. My computer was constantly reporting Low USB power, I'd have to unplug something to get something else working. Since I replaced it with the D-link. No more Low USB messages; No more un-plugging.
As a matter of fact I had previously replaced my LinkSys router (which I had to reset from time to time) with a D-Link. I've never had to reset the D-Link.
Obviously, D-Link makes very good products.
I highly recommend D-Link products.

Works great.
Does just what it says it will do. Was easy to install.

Olympus VN-1000 Digital Voice Recorder
The recorder comes in handy when you go to meetings. It is lightweight and compact.

Simple to operate out of the box
I've used similar recorders in the past, and had to study the instruction manual. This one is intuitive. Nice to have two settings on microphone, one for close up, one for recording all the ambient sound. I've only had it a couple of weeks, but so far, everything works well.

Olympus VN-1000 Digital Voice Recorder
A nice, small, friendly voice recorder that will fit into your shirt pocket. It has more features than I need at this time, but they are there if I choose to expand my repetoire. I am referring to the folders where one can record different type messages in different `folders', e.g. one for medical, one for groceries, one for hardware and one for pharmacy, very useful for a 72 year old.

Works well, seems reliable
I bought this TDK 3-pack 8cm DVD-RW discs for my Panasonic VDR-D300 camcorder. I've been using two of the three discs; haven't opened the last disc yet. The discs seems quite reliable and they work well in my Panasonic VDR-D300. I also bought TDK's 5-pack 8cm DVD-R discs; I'll review those as well.

BTW, the DVD-RW disc can be re-written and/or re-formatted about 1,000 times total, but I've heard that after 500 or so times write and read speeds will drop off dramatically. This compares to up to 100,000 times for DVD-RAM, which is also used by Panasonic's DVD camcorders.

Not good for Canon Digital SLRs
This lens is really not meant for Canon Digital SLRs. The multiplying factor negates its wide angle capabilities.

Versatility on the Cheap
No one lens accomplishes every photographic objective. Canon makes each lens at every price point well-suited to various tasks, but with limitations that can only be overcome by graduating to the next higher priced but similar item. A case in point: the wide-angle zooms.

The 17-40mm f/4 is one of Canon's best deals in L-series glass. You have to spend twice as much to get a lens of similar quality, but just one stop faster. Does this make the more-expensive EF 16-35 f/2.8L a ripoff? Not for its own specific use: the extra stop gives you the speed to shoot in more indoor situations. Not all photographers need this. When indoors, we're often taking pictures of people, which are better suited to lengths around 50-100mm. To capture sweeping panoramas of parlors for Architectural Digest (or Coldwell Banker) the f/2.8 is the better lens and worth the step up in price, though in many cases you could use the f/4 lens with a tripod. All this means is that the f/2.8 is priced for professional specialists whereas the f/4 is for more general use. My bigger point is that Canon has its whole lineup positioned: the differences across lenses are specific and appropriately priced, which is good news for the consumer. It's hard to make a mistake buying homegrown Canon lenses, especially L-series lenses. You just have to figure out which set of two or three suits your range of uses.

The 17-40mm is a steal for people who need a walkaround lens for travel and outdoor photography. The shorter focal lengths of the zoom are great on a digital body, with nice reach and minimal distortion; just an ability to grab up landscape and wide situations end-to-end, even when standing close. The focal lengths around 40mm are tight enough for portraits and other local detail. Colors are strong and convincing; contrast deep and impactful. The lens itself is small enough and light enough to grab-and-go, but nicely machined, with solid fit and finish. It has an instantly recognizable profile, with the added bonus of the red ring.

This lens, plus a 70-200mm f/2.8 telescope and a nice fast fixed lens in the range betwixt are all you need. On vacation, and in most outdoor situations, the 17-40mm alone suffices. It makes a good first L-lens, and a staple in the arsenal.

The Best value of any L lens, period!
I love buying the best value lenses from Canon like the blazingly fast 50mm 1.8 or the razor sharp 85mm 1.8. The 17-40 L is no exception; in fact it's the best value lens from Canon in my opinion, how so? Consider the following features.

RANGE: I use this lens on the Rebel XT. With a 1.6 crop factor this lens will provide an angel of view of 27-64. That's a great range for taking pictures in the forest preserve for example. It would have been nice if the lens was a little longer (more like 80mm on 1.6 a body), but with 8MP and Photoshop crop function does it really matter? Not really, I always crop to create beautiful animal pictures in post processing and still maintain excellent picture quality for prints up to 8-10 inches.

SIZE & CONSTRUCTION: Yes I list this second because this lens blows away all other canon lenses that I own in construction quality. Its solid as a tank and it balances the XT so well that I can hand hold it with confidence and comfort. Although it weight 1.1 pounds the lens never felt too heavy, just right.

SHARPNESS: very sharp at all apertures, but best by 8.0. I am close to affirming that this lens will produce sharpness at par with many primes at that aperture. That's very impressive if you consider that is still a zoom even if it's an L.

CONVENIANCE: Coming from using mostly primes its so much fun to use a zoom like this one. Now I pretty much own 4 lenses in one. Yes think of it as owning the 20mm + 24mm + 28mm + 35mm none L primes for half the price combined. The only draw back is that this lens is 1-2 stops slower than those lenses. Otherwise it's almost or as sharp and more convenient to use.

FOCUS DISTANCE: Did you ever see pictures where the foreground is dominated with a small object like a flower and then in the background there is a grand scene of open land? This lens gives you the ability to take those pictures because its closest focusing distance is under 1 foot. That means you will be able to get close to objects compared to other zooms. Don't over estimate the convenience of ultra zooms like 28-300mm. Those lenses restrict your ability to crop and create beautiful composition, because their minimum focus distance is higher. With the 17-40 however, all what you have to do is focus correctly, compose with tight crop, and then shoot at f11-16.

DISTORION CONTROL: This lens doesn't come free of distortions, especially so at the wide end where you can notice some barrel distortion. But overall its very capable at controlling distortion. That includes distortions like chromatic aberation, light fall off, vigetting, and flare. It doesn't eliminate those things completely, but controls them so well that such problems will go unnoticeable. I would love to have a distortion free lens. After all, with the challenges of getting lighting and composition right who needs lens distortions to deal with on the top of those two things? But the fact to the matter is that all lenses have some level of distortion and this lens is pretty good at controlling them especially if you take its price into account and that's what I will discuss next.

VALUE: At the $600 range this lens offers an incredible value. No other lens in that price range offers the same quality build, distortion control, and image quality. The best part however, is that this lens holds its value really well. You can sell it used if you ever have to for close to what you bought it for. Now that's a lens I can't refuse!

There are many great value lenses, but each comes with a weakness. For example, the 50mm is very cheap in construction and the 85mm is soft on the wide end. The 17-40 L on the other hand is just amazing! It did not disappoint me in anyway except possibly its limited reach on the upper end (40mm only). Otherwise I see no weakness in this lens. Some people may consider the 4.0 maximum aperture too low, but it served my landscape and nature needs incredibly well. If you need an extra stop for portrait or no flash concerts get the 16-35 2.8. Otherwise this is the lens!

Great for 2 weeks, then DOA
The DI-604 was working fine for about 2 weeks, then it would no longer get assigned an IP address from the WAN/cable modem. No matter what I did, the DI-604 would NOT connect to the outside world. I swapped in an older router I had, and my LAN was accessing the internet just fine. The DI-604 is headed back to Amazon for a refund.

Reliable and inexpensive!
I have had my D-Link for two years now. It has been trouble free and works perfect. It is plug and play and works right out of the box. It does not need software installed. You will need to check the D-Link website for firmware updates. Firmware updates are easy to install if you are careful to read and understand the instructions. I use a wired router over a wireless for security and reliability reasons.

quite good for me
I have to say, this router worked quite good for me, especially after I recently replaced it with a DI-524 (regretfully). I left it running for years without any problems. It took some beat - I splashed dirty water on it, my apartment was prone to power outage during thunder storm. These events killed my DSL modem, but didn't hurt the router a bit. So unless you are stupid enough (like me) trying to get wireless, I would recommend you to stick with this router.

Dont buy this here !!!!!!!!
I knew I had to pay shipping for this cards ($5) so I decided to buy 4 at once, what was my surprise that at checkout they wanted to charge me five dollars shipping for each card eventhough they were going to be ship together I decided not to buy them anymore. They lie telling you that you are saving a huge 1% but at the end you pay almost 20 dollars for each card that is more or less 35% more than anywhere else. Its a shame that they try to rip you off that way. BUY THEM AT THE APPLE STORE ON LINE, NO SHIPPING FEE !!!!!!!! YOU PAY ONLY FACE VALUE NOT A CENT MORE

For all those iTunes international fans
All of your folks who are located elsewhere on the planet who don't have Apple stores and iTunes outlets around, this card can make you part of the music revolution. I bought a bunch of these cards and they r fantastic! I get to download all the movies and music video (all originals of course)

Only word of caution: you cant take advantage of the music store if u do not have Broadband connections. DSL or Satellite is what works guys. 56k Modem users should not waste money on this card. Also should register on .Mac or AOL registration to make use of this.

Worth it!
The $15.00 card might not be cheap, but it is worth it! I mean, is it worth it to buy an entire CD just to get one song? Also, the program is easy to use.

Power adapters worked fine
used the units in germany and in egypt with out a problem. Used to recharge batteries for digital camera

Does what it intends to do
I bought this package for my recent trip to Europe. I used these adapters for my laptop. Now many people think that these are converters and they are not. They are adapters, please read your product manual to see if your electronic equipment will work with these. My laptop worked like a charm with these adapters. I used these in Germany and Italy with no problem.
