Junk....Cant trust it!!!
Disgraceful Samsung digital cameraI guess I really shouldn't complain because my husband won the camera in an office rally. But the pictures it takes are disgraceful for a Samsung product every two to three pictures are blurred unrecognizably-where you can't even tell what you have taken. If you have found yourself among the fortunate few who actually found success with this camera thank your lucky stars. Even if it is a less expensive choice versus the other cameras on the market today spend the extra money it would be worth it not to miss any family moments like my family did,on this useless piece of CRAP!
Wonderful for SamsungI was extremely impressed with this camera; I felt the only not exceptional feature was its nonwithstanding aptitude for steady shots. Other than that, I felt it was fantastic, and exceeded all expectations.

sorry , not good enoughsorry. thought they knew what a monitor headphone was.
audio technica, only gives u good monitor types
IF you give them over usd 200 net.
sad. its got decent character,
perhaps, somewhere in middle
of the huge usd 50 -120 dollars group....
but
NOT a monitor type, not accurate enough...
too much unrealistic bass, and too muffled.
if you actualy use this to monitor recordings
you will be re doing it all over again...
dont bother with it please.
i would request people not to say :
the best i have ever used.
think about it.
( how the heck do we know how many hundreds
you hve listened to ? ) we dont have your reference
point.
too bad. tho...
thought this would be a decent one to work with.
tks

These 'phones have an uncontrollable desire to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. If you want the real "High Fidelity" headphones you should buy this one.
No doubt why this headphones become an industrial standard around the world.
A real competitor of the formidable "Sony MDR 7506 Studio Monitor".
Since I have quoted from a review by "Hifi Choice" for the title then I would like to quote more for the conclusion.
" A pair of good honest headphones, which refuse to add anything to the original recording, yet take nothing away. If you like your music to have that raw, 'straight out of the studio' edge then these headphones are a must. A rockin' Recommended. "

Excellent quality for a little priceI purchased my M40fs with a raised eyebrow for about $90, at the behest of my Guitar Center guru who told me nearly every employee in the westside Cleveland store owns a pair. I lived in Stow, OH at the time and got the due warm fuzzy from purchasing a decent set of studio phones made by a company that had a facility literally 1.2 miles from my flat.
Never have I been happier with taking somebody's word on the general utility of a piece of gear or with supporting a "local" company. The response and clarity is fabulous through the whole spectrum, true flat sound. I have picked up artifacts with these phones that other phones completely missed. Yes, using them for portable sound means a clunky adaptor, but 1/4" is worth it!
As to the comfort, I find them extremely comfortable. The ear padding is cushy and the headband has much thicker padding than some other studio phones I have used. They are a bit tight out of the box, but like any good phones, the headband can be stretched or squeezed a rather goodly bit without any damage. The swivels are nice and loose. If you wear glasses and intend to use these for several hours on end, just like with any other phones -- you WILL want to play with the headband tension a bit to find the right balance of snug enough to close but not tight.
I work on ambient, space, drone, found sound, and field collage, so falling asleep while listening to playbacks is not even vaguely difficult. I freely admit to having fallen asleep wearing these phones several times (including once while recording on my Korg MS2000 at 2am). Even when I have slept several hours in my chair -- no shift and no headache either, more like a *cradle* effect. No, I don't recommend this, but it won't hurt like falling asleep in other phones can. As long as you don't literally throw your phones around, these will last a very long time!

FantasticI looked at and read so many reviews before I decided on this LCD1970NX. This is the second best LCD anywhere. The best is the LCD1980FXi but it is black only. I wanted a white monitor with silver trim to match my speakers. This LCD has a S-IPS panel, it is far far better than the normal TN+Film panels almost all other LCDs have. The viewing angles are almost as good as my old CRT,, REALLY!
NEC claims a response time of 18ms on there home page for this model but it performs better than my neighbors 12ms Samsung (FarCry and Half-Life 2). I almost bought the LCD1970GX but this NX looked and performed so much better. One last thing, the 1970NX DOES come with the DVI cable.
Buy this one, you WILL love it!

But that was only one thing wrong with it. This is a horrible camera for concerts, the pictures are always blurry. Shoot, even when im at my house the pics still come out blurry sometimes. Tuesday i went to see my fav band again, and the dumb thing goes white. It woudnt stop, no matter how many times i turned it off and on again. Now the flash is broke and i'm ready to throw it against the wall. You can't trust this camera. You never know when it will take good pics or bad pics.I wouldnt even consider buying this camera for a minute!
