Let the spinning wheel fly
Real cool fun if you don't get to do the real thingI got this with spare money for me and my brother and my older parents. I only played it a few times, but it was worth the money. Some rounds are fun and challenging while others are fun and easy. Usually the last round, the bonus round, is the easiest. It doesn't have to be 10+. My brother was 8 and he had no problem playing with it. It's lots of fun for the whole family, ages young and old. My aunt has it too, and because she's so obsessed with wheel of fortune, she wouldn't share it with us! So we took the advantage and bought it. Boy, have the TV plug in video game people made a great hit with this! It's truly one of a kind! I also like to be childish and constantly spin the wheel on the controller even when the game hasn't been turned on :)
But now, at this second, I am trying to get it on. It's not turning on...could this be the end of my game? Maybe...I might have to check the batteries. Ok? Now, I must be on my way...

Not For Serious Gamer UseI found this controller to be good for only about 20 minutes. After that, the buttons and analog sticks sticks start to have a reaction time that usually gets you killed or makes you lose a race. I did buy it refurbished though, I'm not sure that that would have made a difference. I will definetly never buy this controller again or anything else by Longitech.
Great shape, good quality.I love this controller. I have small hands for an adult, and the pad fits me well. I like the shape better than even the now-standard Controller S shape. I have no problems with delay or drift. I haven't used the D-pad, but the thumbsticks and buttons work great, though I'm not a terribly heavy user. This pad works better than either the Pelican Eclipse or Soul that I own. My Madcatz Lynx is better, but way too big for my hands. I like the feel of the plastic. The only thing I would change would be making the thumbsticks a bit shorter and concave on top, though I've never had a problem with grip.
Older is Better! What the last reviewer is correct, besides the fact the older one is better, heavier (which feels more secure), and larger which is good for people with long fingers and small hands.
Overall either one is great, though. The wireless capability adds incredible ease to the fun of playing and also provides you with a weapon if whoever you're playing with makes you mad enough! I guess for this, the new one would be better since it's cheaper and throwing it at somebody wouldn't be as expensive...

Awesome company, great joystick.I bought this joystick a couple of days ago, and as soon as I got it, I set it up and was playing in about 10 minutes. I am always impressed with saitek's products, and it was no dirrerent this time. Works well a good distance away from the reciever, which is smaller than most jumpdrives. And what is even better, the stick base has a built in holder for the reciever. The only thing that i gave this 4 stars for is because it is very light. I wasnt really expecting this, but I think it is something i can get used to. All in all i think this a very well made stick, extremely portable, and looks good too. I highly recommend this stick or any of the other great saitek joysticks.
Great Lefty JoystickThis is a great joystick for lefties. I bought this from Beach Audio and it came so fast I couldn't believe it. That is a great place to purchase this from. There are multiple vendors who sell this on this Amazon site, so if you want to purchase from Beach Audio, you'll have to make sure to select them above on the right and side. As of this entry, their price was like $1.00 more than another vendor, but I can tell you that it is worth a dollar to me for a fast, hassle free buying experience. I'm not sure how the shipping compares between the two though. I purchased this joystick for Battlefield 2.
I Love This Thing!I purchased theth Flight Stick for myself for Christmas and have had a blast using it ever since. The manufacturing quality of the unit is excellent and the adjustable grip rests for your hand aids significantly in finding your most comfortable grip. My favorite feature (next to the unit being wireless)is the feel of the unit while in use, especially flying. The twist grip is also very handy for rudder control and has an unexpectedly (rudders are normally operated by your feet) natural feel...great product!

HORRIBLE - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEYThis film was so bad that after 5 minutes, even the guys in our group were groaning. We all voted to immediately turn it off and watch something else.
A violent version of "Dumb and Dumber and Dumbest (the director)".

Amazing!Director Quentin Tarantino really blows up minds with this movie. One of the best films made in this time. Tarantino takes us back in time to an almost samurai movie, mixed with today's reality and problems. Uma Thurman's caracter the bride is a "super hero" for women of nowadays. Really great movie, original plot and lot's and lot's of blood and overall ACTION....
Kill Bill on PSP es greatThis is one of my favorites movies of Tarantino, and see it in the PSP is great

D-Pad is not aligned properlyI've noticed that other 2D-fighter fans have already complained that this controller provides very poor control, but they may have misdiagnosed the cause.
The buttons on the right side are not placed straight, they are on a 45 degree or so angle because your thumb also point in a similar angle when holding the controller. This makes your thumb relatively perpendicular with the buttons. Good design. The problem is that they forgot to do that on the other side with the D-pad. The D-pad is positioned straight up, not slanted like the face buttons. This renders the D-pad utterly useless in game which require you to use the D-pad quickly in a specific sequence, such as in fighting games. The result is that the Up-right groove feels like it should be the Up button, and the Left-Down groove feels like it should be the Down button. The thing that baffles me even more is that the cheaper Sidewinder with fewer buttons has the D-pad aligned correctly and works great. Go figure.
No matter how I try I cannot get my thumb to align properly and confortably with the D-pad.

Absolutely what I expected.I bought this controller at a wal mart about a year back (roughly) And it's been pretty good for the $15 I paid for it. Now that it's showing its age, the down button doesn't work so well, but I didn't expect it to last forever. Worth $15, but not much more.
best for tombraider gamesnothing better for tight, precise control of lara croft.i have 4 of them all excellent for 3rd person games.my highest recommendation.my recommendation is only for this model.the 4 button on right side are junk,no matter who makes em.

Great product for Nintendo GamecubeI've noticed a definite imnprovement in video quality with my Nintendo Gamecube. Only problem is the a/v leads are too short. The inputs on my a/v receiver are spread out too far and I really had to strain the leads to get them to reach. Other than that, this would be a worthy addition to your video gaming collection.
Nice, but go with the component cable if you got the $$.This product will give superior picture over the standard coax and composite cables. If your TV has a S-Video input, but no compent input, you won't be disappointed with these. Try comparing the pictures by using the standard cables and then the S-Video cable. You'll really notice the difference (the colors will be more vibrant and the image sharper).
If you want the ultimate in picture clarity, get the component cables though. I don't think Monster Cable makes component for the GameCube (I wish they did), but you'll be able to find other manufacturers that make them.
I only give this product 4 stars because I'm using component cables and it definitely makes a difference over the S-Video cable. If Monster Cable ever came out with the GameCube version of the component cable, I'll most likely but it over my current ones.

The Best Way to Hook your Gamecube upWhy suffer with RCA video cables anymore? There is a better way to hook your game system up and it's with S-Video. I don't know all the techno babble and why S-Video is better. All I can tell you though is it is. The picture looks a lot better throught S-video than it does through a coax link or RCA cables. There are a couple of different brands of the cables you can get out there, but I'm impressed with these. The long 10 feet cables are great and sturdy. It has gold connectors which are suppose to help give a better picture.
This is the best way to view your video game system. It's clear and crisper and provides a slightly better gaming experience. This brand of cables is kind of pricey, but is suppose to be one of the best. Just hook up on S-Video and enjoy.
The absence of Pat Sajak and Vannah White notwithstanding, TV Games' "Wheel of Fortune" unit is a surprisingly faithful adaptation the show, and is quite fun to play. From the three rounds of play to the final bonus round for the winner, with the buying of vowels in between, this is a lot closer to the real thing than that dopey home game the host used to palm off on the losers as consolation prizes way back when. And, just like the actual show, up to three people can play. Or you can try it out on your own, and see how many rounds you can get through before you finally run out of turns.
One great feature they included in this game: the entire alphabet displayed at the bottom of the screen, with vowels in yellow and consonants in white. Just move the letter cursor left or right with the directional pad, and click the "A" button to select a letter to try out. When a certain letter has been selected, it turns gray so that you don't make the mistake of choosing that same letter later on. Another great feature this possesses is the ability to post and store the top ten high scores for each type of game and difficulty level, as well as player profiles.
As for the puzzles themselves: according to the unit's display box, there are 720 different ones in all, in 35 different categories. Fortunately, in the couple dozen rounds I've played on each of the three difficulty levels (easy, medium, difficult), I've yet to get the same puzzle twice. Naturally, this limited capacity has made the "Wheel of Fortune" unit a natural fit as part of TV Games' GameKey-ready line of expandable plug-&-play video game consoles. Of course, if this doesn't sell all that well, they might not even bother to make a key for it. Then you'll be stuck having to solve the same 720 phrases over and over again...
